Teaching Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Elementary (Grade 3) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and possess expertise in learning outcomes to provide high-quality instruction to high school students. Job Duties Effectively teach students across multiple sections by implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and insightful lessons, and ensuring student learning of established curriculum using company tools; Demonstrate ownership and alignment with school quality standards when working with students, parents, colleagues or others; Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor in every interaction when responding to a wide range of inquiries from students, parents, and colleagues; Provide ongoing monitoring of student progress intervening as needed to address gaps and deliver remediation; Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development Collaborate with peers and administrators in a professional, positive, and student-focused manner; Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Provide essential proctoring services during periods of student testing including maintaining a secure testing environment, setting up student testing materials, completing assessment training, and facilitating the test; Maintain a strong and supportive school culture by supporting school recruitment, retention, and community outreach goals; and Attending school sponsored events as required All other duties as assigned. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Teaching certification or licensure in the relevant subject area
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum use, pacing, and classroom management
• Knowledge of educational administration principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
