Rutland City Public Schools is seeking a professional and child-centered elementary teacher. The applicant must have a strong background in literacy, mathematics, and working within a professional learning community. Having experience or knowledge of Trauma-Informed Practices, Restorative Practices, PBIS, and Response to Intervention will be viewed favorably. Strong candidates will also have the ability to make formative and data-based decisions for whole-group and small-group classroom instruction, differentiate instruction effectively, and work cooperatively with colleagues. A Vermont license is necessary. This position begins immediately.
