English Full Job Description Position Overview:

As part of our charter’s instructional team, you’ll have the autonomy to design engaging curriculum within our framework of high standards. You’ll create a classroom that embodies our charter’s commitment to prepare our champions for leadership positions in the aerospace and aviation industries through a rigorous, authentic, industry-aligned aerospace and defense education. ✍️

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver standards-aligned instruction in literature, composition, and language arts Design units incorporating classic and contemporary texts from diverse voices Implement research-based writing instruction across multiple genres Utilize formative and summative assessments to drive instruction Foster analytical thinking through Socratic seminars and literary discussions Maintain an inclusive classroom that values all learners Participate in professional learning communities and school initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:
