The successful candidate will be enthused and experienced in teaching the following:
Composition Skills:
Develop and compose purposeful responses through journal prompts. Develop and structure five-paragraph essays Use appropriate voice and style to present a proper thesis that will support a claim. Properly identify and integrate evidence that will support a thesis. Use analysis to make connections between the evidence and thesis. Apply standard English conventions throughout the process of writing (editing and revision).
Composition Content:
Persuasive Essays. Personal Narratives, Literary Analysis, Research paper, five paragraph essay structure, bibliography, and works cited.
Grammar Skills:
Compose, revise language to ensure sentences are grammatically correct and that their internal structures provide clarity. Identify parts of speech into subcategories.

Identify the parts of speech and use them correctly and effectively in their writing. Identify the various complements and use them correctly and effectively in their writing.
