The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop their language skills, foster a love for literature, and encourage critical thinking. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing support to enhance their learning experience. The English Teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall academic environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Teach various aspects of the English language, including reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis. Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction and engage students effectively. Assess student performance through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback to guide improvement. Mentor students in their academic pursuits and offer academic advising as needed.
