English Language Arts Teacher Academir Charter School Middle 5800 SW 135th Avenue, Miami, FL 33183

• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Middle School ELA Teacher to join our team. As a Middle School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young students and fostering their academic and personal growth.

• Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Utilize creative teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification/license required
• Strong classroom management skills
• Experience working with elementary school students
• Knowledge of curriculum development and educational technology
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
• Montessori or private school teaching experience preferred
