oMust hold current, grade-appropriate MA ESL licenseoMust be trained in administering ACCESSoMust be fluent with WIDA-English Language Development standardsoMust be knowledgeable about English Language Education state and federal regulationsoOrganized & flexibleo

CollaborativeResponsibilities:

oProvide direct ESL instruction to studentsoScreen potential EL studentsoAssist parents/guardians in completing Home Language Survey, as neededoCoordinating and administering ACCESS testingoKeep EL student records up to date, with all mandated paperworkoComplete and provide parents/guardians w/Parent Notification Letters within mandated timelinesoWork collaboratively with general education teachers to complete FEL and Opt-Out Monitoring forms and disseminate to parents within mandated timelinesoWork collaboratively with general education teachers to help students access the general education curriculumoUpdate ESL curriculumoWork collaboratively with Director of EL to ensure implementation of a high quality programoPerform other duties as assigned
