What You’ll Do :
Design engaging, standards-aligned lessons that challenge and inspire students. Foster a classroom environment built on mutual respect, curiosity, and high expectations. Use ongoing assessment and data to inform instruction and promote student growth. Employ a variety of instructional strategies and provide timely, meaningful feedback. Model professionalism and uphold legal and ethical responsibilities. Bring English Language Arts to life, helping students connect literature and writing to the world around them.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Education or a related field. Valid NC Teaching License in Secondary English (Grades 9-12). Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
