5th Grade ELA Teacher 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 5203 Shopton Road, Charlotte, NC 28278 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment and inspire students to achieve their full potential. This role involves engaging with young learners, implementing effective teaching strategies, and contributing to the overall development of each child. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment. Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administration to create a cohesive educational experience. Mentor students, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic development. Implement early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
