Duties:

• Provide instruction in a variety of subjects, such as Math, Science, English, History, etc.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials
• Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
• Provide academic advising and support to students
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices
• Offer tutoring or additional assistance to students who require it

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certification/license
• Experience working with high school students
• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations
• Experience with academic advising and student support services
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
