AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE ADJUNCT FACULTY CCSNH
has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state. River Valley Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in teaching at the college on a course-by-course basis. RVCC is seeking a Sign Language Instructor to serve as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Liberal Arts Department. This position entails teaching both Sign Language I and Sign Language II, and the course load is generally one course per semester. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.
Adjunct Faculty:
Pay Rate is $800•$950per credit. The credit rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience. Minimum qualifications Master’s Degree in the specific subject or closely related field and three years’ experience in teaching, business, or industry in related field.
