The Arts and Humanities Department at Jefferson Community College is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to grow our adjunct pool. Candidates are needed to teach either on-campus or LIVE online (Synchronous Zoom):
ASL 121 American Sign Language 1
Monday/Wednesday 4pm to 5:20pm
Monday/Wednesday 6pm to 7:20pm
Tuesday/Thursday 4pm to 5:20pm
Tuesday/Thursday 6pm to 7:20pm
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in the Foreign Language and/or native speaker. Prior teaching experience at the college level is required. Applicants must interact and communicate effectively with diverse populations, foster inclusion, and promote equal access and treatment for groups traditionally under-represented in higher education.

Level A – $665/credit hour Level B – $785/credit hour after teaching 6 semesters at Jefferson.
