Job Description:
The student will work as part of the DGCE office to support in the development and implementation of all work that occurs in the division over the course of the summer months. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: assisting with marketing of graduate programs via traditional methods and the use of Slate, organization of in-person and virtual recruitment events, researching and assisting with the development of potential future graduate programs, general office administration, and reconciling division expenses and tracking grant budget expenditures. Assist with data administration and marketing procedures in Slate as well as through traditional methods to internal and external audiences. Help with the planning and implementation of recruitment events, both virtual and in-person. Conduct research and data collection for potential future graduate programs. Help to establish a social media and digital marketing plan for the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education. Record grant and division expenses. Assist with the clerical administration. Provide budgetary and administrative support for Early College, Dual Enrollment and MAICEI programming. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Positive personality, creative thinker. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competency with Microsoft Office applications, Office 365. Ability to work with structure and also independently. Strong organizational skills. Flexible work schedule. Available to start ASAP.
