Posting Summary The Professional Science Master’s Program (PSM) invites applications for part time Course Assistants (Project Mentors) for the Summer 2025 term. We seek qualified instructors who can contribute to the university’s educational mission and bridge the gap between the classroom and the industry. Course Assistant (Project Mentoring)
Responsibilities:
Assisting faculty with evaluating student progress and performance. Provide constructive feedback on their work, presentations, or prototypes. Help assess the achievement of learning objectives and provide suggestions for improvement.
Monitors the progress of student projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet established timelines.
Provides guidance and support to students, collaborates with instructors to ensure students complete their projects successfully.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among students and between students and instructors. Facilitate group discussions, encourage knowledge sharing, and help resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.
Assist in coordinating resources needed for student projects, such as equipment, software, or materials. Collaborate with instructors to ensure students have complete their projects successfully.
Stay informed about the course content, objectives, and expectations to effectively support students. Position Status Part Time

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Master’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as a teaching/course assistant.
