Summary of Job Duties:
The Associate Professor will focus on building a successful academic career while making meaningful contributions to the discipline, department, and College of Medicine. Primary responsibilities include 90% clinical activity and 10% academic work aligned with college expectations and personal career goals.
Qualifications:
MD, PhD, MD/PhD or equivalent required.
Successful completion in a pediatric residency program.
Focused training in Adolescent Medicine.
Arkansas medical licensure.
Board eligible or board certification in pediatrics.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care in alignment with the mission and goals of the College of Medicine.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for patients, with a focus on addressing the healthcare needs of children in Arkansas.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.
Engage in academic activities, including teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the development of educational programs within the College of Medicine.
