Job Responsibilities
A full-time Radiology Clinical instructor to supervise and evaluate Radiology students during clinical rotations. Applicant must possess the ability to organize instruction and present materials appropriately and relate to nontraditional students in the clinical setting. Applicants should have a passion for teaching and mentoring students in a clinical setting.
Oversee students’ ongoing evaluation and development of competency in a clinical setting.
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and competency data.
Prepare and update assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the Program Director with curriculum development, assessment processes, program reviews, self-studies, and accreditation site visits.
Collaborate with clinical site staff and health science faculty to promote a safe, inclusive, and effective clinical learning environment.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology; Must be registered with the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, certified by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association. Must have a minimum of four years clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s preferred. Additional Comments
This is a full-time temporary position.
