Job Responsibilities
The Clinical/Didactic Instructor will collaborate closely with faculty, clinical coordinators, and clinical partners to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students. The instructor will be instrumental in correlating clinical learning with didactic instruction, fostering student success through mentorship, assessment, and innovation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective didactic and/or clinical instruction aligned with course outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate the integration of classroom theory into clinical practice for radiologic technology students.
• Lead clinical orientation for freshman students and oversee their ongoing evaluation and competency development.
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, medical documentation, and competency data.
• Prepare and update course outlines, objectives, and assessments.
• Participate in student recruitment, academic advising, orientation, and registration.
• Support the Program Director with curriculum development, assessment processes, program reviews, self-studies, and accreditation site visits.
• Collaborate with clinical site staff and health science faculty to promote a safe, inclusive, and effective clinical learning environment.
• Engage in professional development to maintain expertise in instructional methods and radiologic science practices.
  Minimum and Additional Requirements
• Holds, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree;
• Is qualified to teach the subject;
• Proficient in course development, instruction, supervision, evaluation, and academic advising;
• Documents one year’s experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program;
• Documents two years’ clinical experience in the professional discipline;
• Holds current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography.
