Responsibilities include general clerical duties inclusive of screening clients, inquiries and intake with consumers. Proficiency in using standard office equipment, computer, copiers, fax, scanners etc. Must be able to handle high call volume and data entry, and disseminate information in reference to the agency’s services and other providers. Good written and oral communication, professional attitude, and excellent customer service is required. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to constant changing workloads.
