Working Title (if different from Position Title) Job Summary Must be able to work during the Summer Semester 2025 (May 12 – August 15) The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is seeking motivated, forward facing, results-oriented applicants for the position of Undergraduate Admissions Student Assistant. As an Admissions Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of our admissions team, welcoming prospective students and their families to Auburn’s campus. Essential Functions Provide Administrative Support:
Assist Undergraduate Admissions staff with preparing, compiling, and printing materials for guests and maintaining the lobby & hospitality areas.
Data Entry:
Accurately input and maintain guest/applicant information in the admissions database (Slate).
Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide general information about the admissions process, program offerings, and campus life.
Campus Tours:
Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families, highlighting key facilities, resources, and opportunities available to students.
Communication:
Collaborate with the admissions team to answer email queries about campus tours and general admissions information.
File Management:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to admissions.

The individual is enrolled at Auburn University and actively taking classes at Auburn University during the 2025 summer semester. OR
If the individual is not enrolled and not actively taking classes during the 2025 summer semester, the student must have been enrolled during the 2025 spring semester, is registered, and has a class schedule for the 2025 fall semester. You must also have these qualifications:
