Troy – T01 Job Summary The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services assists the Senior Director, Enrollment Services (Troy Campus) with all aspects of management of the Troy Campus Admissions Office. Duties and functions of the Assistant Director will be centered in the areas of planning for recruitment, scholarship management, budget management, visitation, special events, data analysis, and personnel management. The Assistant Director also serves as back-up support for recruitment territories and may be expected to travel accordingly. The Assistant Director will possess a strong working knowledge of freshman and transfer recruitment and enrollment, scholarship management, and CRM applications. Effective coordination with the rest of Enrollment Management and other divisions on campus is also expected. Other responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Senior Director. Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
2. Minimum of three years of experience in a higher education role, preferably enrollment management or admissions
3. Competency in data interpretation and analysis
4. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and related technical applications Preferred Qualifications 1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
2. Previous experience in utilization of higher education software tools, specifically CRM Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
