  • T01 Job Summary The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Programs will:
    Coordinate the instructional design of, schedule and identify instructors for, and submit instructor certifications for undergraduate courses TROY 1101, 1102, 1105, and
IDS 2230

Maintain the ATLAS calendar and communicate it to faculty and students
Liaise between advisors and Records for

waivers
Track the proficiency profile for SACSCOC assessment
Facilitate Faculty Development Committee grant meetings, award notifications, and budget
Collect data from Wellness Surveys for tracking
Assist with BIS majors and undergraduate student issues
Assist with Undergraduate Academic Council and Undergraduate Academic Catalog
Perform additional duties assigned by the Associate Provosts Minimum Qualifications 1. Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning 2. Undergraduate teaching experience in a general studies program Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience with SACSCOC or other regional accrediting body 2. Five years of undergraduate teaching experience in a general studies program 3. Supervisory experience Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
