Threat Tec is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Registrar to support operations at Holloman AFB, March ARB, and Hancock Field ANGB. The Registrar will be responsible for maintaining accurate accountability of all student pipeline entries, reassignments, and classifications for aircrew student qualification training. This role involves coordination with various military agencies, including

HQ AFPC, HQ 19 AF, HQ ACC, HQ

NGB, and others. The Registrar will serve as the primary point of contact for all student inquiries throughout the training lifecycle, from arrival to post-training transition.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily updates of the Programmed Flight Training (PFT) class status, ensuring accurate tracking of student progress.
Coordinate and manage the FTU course schedules, including additions, overages, and course administration, providing updates to FTU leadership as necessary prior to class start dates.
Complete AF Form 475 and route training reports in accordance with

DAFI 36-2406.

Update student contact information for the FTU recall roster and emergency data forms, ensuring information is current and accessible.
Manage thepletion of squadron in/out-processing checklists for all students, ensuring all required procedures are followed.
Collaborate with CWD and training offices to ensure that current andplete courseware materials are available for students.
(Holloman-only) Serve as the Base Survey Administrator for the Aircrew Graduate Evaluation Program.
(Hancock-only) Ensure students are properly enrolled in eligible courses, verify that prerequisite requirements are met, and coordinate with gaining units to address unaplished training before graduation.
(Hancock-only) Input and maintain student names/information in LMS/GTIMS/Patriot Excalibur (PEX), as applicable.
(Hancock-only) Coordinate student in-processing/out-processing paperwork andputer accounts, ensuring smooth transitions.
(Hancock-only) Distribute student publications, courseware, and equipment upon in-processing and collect required return items at out-processing.
Maintainpliance with security clearance requirements, specifically a Secret clearance.
