Fraternity House Director 4.9 4.9 out of 5 stars 2290 Museum Dr, Gainesville, FL 32603 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and engaging person to serve as house director for a fraternity of 140 young men. This person would need to understand and enjoy young men and thrive in an energetic environment. The position requires residence in a supplied apartment in the fraternity during the school year. Utilities and meals are provided. The start date is August 1, 2025. Duties Oversee the maintenance of the fraternity building. Coordinate the work of the cleaning service and grounds keeping company. Work with the undergraduate fraternity members and advise and counsel them as needed. Develop a good working relationship with university staff and with other greek house directors. Work closely with the fraternity alumni association and in particular with the Housing VP, to whom the house director will report to. Experience The successful candidate should have: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Director or similar position. Knowledge of residential cleaning practices and housekeeping management. Familiarity with event planning processes to organize successful events. Experience with Fraternity or Sorority life and organizations.

$45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
