OPS Holistic and Finalization Reviewer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The University of Florida is seeking dedicated Holistic and Finalization Reviewers to join our Admissions team and assist with application review. Each year, the Office of Admissions reviews nearly 90,000 freshman applications for admission and enrolls approximately 7,000 incoming freshmen. From August through March, our reviewers play a vital role in assessing applicants and their transcripts.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist with the evaluation of undergraduate applications and associated materials to determine admission eligibility in accordance with the State University System Board of Governors’ requirements.
Review and assess applicant admission essays.
Support the finalization process by reviewing and validating applicant’s final high school and/or college transcripts.

EXPECTED SALARY

$15/hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Holistic and Finalization Reviewers work remotely with a flexible schedule and should be available to work at least 20 hours per week during peak periods (October – December)
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, and exercise good judgment.
Must be able to complete assignments in a timely manner.
