Guide students through program details, career options, and enrollment steps
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions
Manage leads, appointments, and application status through internal systems
Conduct campus tours and informational sessions to support prospective students
Collaborate with internal teams including financial aid, academics, and student services
Ensure accurate records, ethical recruitment practices, and compliance with regulations Skills You Need Strong organizational and time management skills
