The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and a passion for recruiting and educating prospective students. The ADOA is responsible for assisting the DOA overseeing the day-to-day activities of the admissions department, ensuring that our admissions process is both informative and welcoming. Duties Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Conduct presentations and information sessions to educate prospective students and their families about the school’s programs and opportunities. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment of admissions goals with institutional objectives. Assure students understand their chosen career program and the possibilities of their commitment to hard work by taking them step by step through the enrollment process. Utilize CRM software for managing applicant data and streamlining the admissions workflow. Promote and maintain a high level of integrity using the FEI admissions system and process. Provide academic advising support to prospective students during the admissions process. Requirements Proven experience in education administration or academic advising within a school setting. 5+ years of experience in related field. Associates Degree or higher (Preferred). Must be able to work flexible work schedule that includes evenings and some Saturdays. Must be bilingual ( English and Spanish) . Experience in recruiting students from diverse backgrounds is essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating strong leadership skills. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all prospective students. Previous experience working directly with students is a plus.
