Position Summary The Director of Enrollment at BridgePrep Academy is responsible for leading data-informed enrollment strategies and ensuring that enrollment targets are met across the network. This role works in close collaboration with school-based teams, marketing, and outreach departments to support recruitment efforts and maximize student retention. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position ensures all enrollment processes are optimized, efficient, and aligned with the school’s mission of delivering a rigorous academic program. Key Responsibilities Strategic Enrollment Planning Develop and implement network-wide enrollment strategies in alignment with school growth targets and demographic trends. Collaborate with the Chief Data Officer to leverage data analytics in setting and tracking enrollment benchmarks. Provide data-driven insights and forecasts to support decision-making around recruitment and retention. Collaboration on Recruitment and Outreach Partner with marketing, outreach teams, and school leaders to support student recruitment initiatives. Share responsibility for meeting recruitment and enrollment goals by contributing strategy, performance monitoring, and data analysis. Participate in the evaluation of recruitment campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement based on enrollment data. Enrollment Management Lead the enrollment process across campuses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Oversee application systems and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of student records. Maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports on enrollment trends, application pipelines, and seat availability. Retention and Family Engagement Collaborate with school leadership to develop data-driven student retention strategies. Support family engagement by using enrollment insights to improve onboarding and student satisfaction. Analyze retention patterns and recommend action plans to address potential attrition risks. Data & Reporting Regularly report enrollment trends, projections, and performance against goals to the Chief Data Officer and executive leadership. Identify and address gaps in the enrollment funnel through effective data collection and analysis. Ensure data integrity across all enrollment systems and processes. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years in enrollment, operations, or data strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation and reporting. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet shared goals. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with dashboards, CRM tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus. Preferred Knowledge of Florida’s charter school landscape or other high-growth education markets. Familiarity with BridgePrep Academy or similar academic models.

Valid Florida Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle for transportation Ability to travel 40%-60% of the time, as required (mileage and travel reimbursement are provided)
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
