This leadership position is responsible for overseeing student affairs, enhancing student engagement, and ensuring the implementation of effective educational policies. The Dean will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to promote academic success and personal development among students while managing various administrative functions. Duties Lead and manage student services and programs to enhance the overall student experience. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that align with the university’s mission and goals. Oversee curriculum development to ensure educational offerings meet the needs of students and industry standards. Supervise staff within the student affairs division, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with academic departments to promote higher education teaching practices that foster student learning. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to address concerns and facilitate communication. Organize events and initiatives that promote student engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the university community. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration or a related field; Masters preferred. Proven experience in higher education administration with a focus on student affairs. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent strategic planning capabilities with experience in curriculum development. Knowledge of budgeting processes within an educational institution. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships across diverse groups.
