Job Description
Campus Administrator The Lakeside Church Oakland, FL 34787 This part time position oversees administrative and management support at our Four Corners Campus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities• Create weekly meetings and agendas as necessary. (DLSM, Weekend Review, etc.) Attend weekly meetings, record notes and forward/input action items after meeting. Input and ensure numbers are properly logged in totals report and Weekend Review documents. Conduct periodic outbound campus communication to owners and guests. Manage campus wide purchases and receipt submissions. Oversee the coordination of space usage at Lake Pointe Academy for Sunday Experiences and any additional event or need. Assist with the coordination and execution of campus wide events. (DTLM, Serve Day, Unity Nights, etc.) Ownership over the campus Outreach Team and Outreach events. Work with resourcing staff to ensure campus is resourced with everything needed to host excellent worship experiences. Assist in the execution event plan/vision as given by resourcing director for all Campus events. Other Duties and Responsibilities Send communication and event invites on behalf of Campus Pastor. Oversee Campus inventory and tracking of resourced based items as needed: (Waters, Coffee, Merch, Pens, Etc.) Lead a Lakeside Group campus specific group during Fall and Spring group semesters. Experience and Skills Required Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and use Planning Center software. Ability to learn and use QuickBooks. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
