ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. Lead and manage a team of admissions representatives and support staff. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective recruitment materials and campaigns. Analyze data and metrics to monitor progress toward enrollment goals and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to admissions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions or related field, with a focus on recruiting and enrolling students. Strong knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Experience working with diverse student populations and providing academic advising support. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
