MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES AT TIME OF INTERVIEW
- Responsibilities for this position include: Answering Inbound phone calls from potential clients seeking help with substance abuse or mental health.
Ensure callers have the correct criteria for admission using our qualification process. Enter patient information into our CRM software. Conduct clinical pre-screen over the phone as part of the qualification process. Maintain individual KPI’s for growth and improvement.
