Bilingual Admissions Representative QM Career Institute 4645 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33415 Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic bilingual Admission Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with essential information about our programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey. Duties Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and campus resources. Assist students in completing their applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately. Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and changes. Maintain accurate student interactions and admissions data records using Polischool. Skills Bilingual in Spanish and English. Background in recruiting or education administration is not required. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
