The Dean of Academic Affairs will play a crucial role in overseeing academic programs, faculty, and student success within the university. We are a regionally, level three SACSCOC accredited university and a proud member of the Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF). Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the academic/instructional budget effectively
• Lead curriculum development and assessment processes
• Provide strategic planning for academic programs and initiatives
• Supervise faculty and staff to ensure high-quality education delivery
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance the university’s academic standards
• Collaborate with other university departments for cohesive operations Experience
• Prior experience in teaching
• Demonstrated leadership skills in an educational setting
• Strong background in education administration
• Proven ability in strategic planning and implementation
• Experience in supervising academic staff
