Eudcation Required:

Bachelor Degree in related field

PREFERRED

Master Degree in related field & Clinical License (State of Florida)

Experience Required:

3 years in a related field (behavioral health/clinical setting) and as a supervisor Job overview: Manage and provide leadership for residential recovery programs and as follows.

Supervises:

Clinical Support Milieu Staff/Behavioral Health Technicians Duties:

> support, maintain, manage residential environment of 24/7 recovery programs > provide oversight, direction, training, guidance, supervision & leadership for all residential program services, such as housing/living support, food/nourishment support, recreational activities, medication/medical management, supervision/control of clients, manage property/contraband, visitation, disaster management, program supply management, facility cleanliness/maintenance, administrative support, such as staff schedule/shift coverage.
