Job Purpose:
With sales production being the primary focus, the Take-Over (T/O) Representative is responsible for selling the timeshare products as well as assisting other sales personnel by presenting an affordable approach for buying the timeshare products to their customers. The T/O Representative provides sales motivation to the sale team in some cases, takes the first potential customer on tour in the morning and sells the timeshare product.
Essential Job duties:
Sells timeshare products by presenting an affordable approach for customers when assisting sales personnel. Coaches, counsels, advises, supports, motivates and provides information that sales representatives need in order to help them meet their sales objectives. At times, provides sales support by touring customers in the morning or afternoon and selling the timeshare product. Keeps informed of current financial sales data and inventory for sales efficiency. Secures and approves the price for sales transactions. Secures payment for the product, proper customer identification and documentation and submits to the administrative staff for processing. Handles inquiries and complaints from potential customers during transactions in a constructive manner. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications include:
Relevant work experience with a HS Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must have an active in good standing Real Estate License or Timeshare Certificate based upon state requirements. Prior timeshare experience required. Requires the ability to calculate basic loan computations and equations efficiently. Must demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal form with a diverse workgroup to negotiate win-win solutions. Be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable and motivational demeanor at all times. Organizational and leadership skills are required, and a general professional appearance and attitude must be maintained. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours, if needed. Spanish, Portuguese or French preferred.
