We’re seeking a Residential Program Director to oversee operations and clinical programming at a therapeutic group home for boys with significant behavioral health needs. This is a hands-on leadership role in a mission-driven nonprofit that’s been supporting youth and families across Northeast Florida for over 36 years. Core Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership for daily campus operations, staffing, and resident care Supervise clinicians and case managers to ensure high-quality therapeutic delivery Oversee admissions, treatment coordination, and compliance with licensing standards Lead weekly team meetings and multidisciplinary case reviews Facilitate staff training, performance development, and documentation quality control Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and community partners
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy 3+ years experience working with children/adolescents with significant emotional needs Knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care practices Prior supervisory or program leadership experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational leadership skills Successful Level 2 background screen and drug test required
