Perimeter is perfect for all residents’ needs, ranging from simple assistance with daily living, short-term rehabilitation to the most medically complex requirements, and features specialty units for each purpose.

• Job Overview:

• Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Director to join our team.

As an Admissions Director, you will play a crucial role in the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and patients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of admissions, from educating potential residents and their families to coordinating with various departments within the facility.

• Duties:

• Maintain census in the building at budget or better
• Ensure rooms are ready prior to patient admitting
• Execute the admission process as expected to ensure each admission is appropriately placed according to clinical and financial status as well as contract completion.
• Provide profesional experience when engaging with residents, families, referral sources , staff and etc.
• Educate prospective residents and families on the services offered at Harborview Health Systems
• Manage education administration related to admissions processes
• Engage in public speaking engagements to promote Harborview Health Systems

• Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in admissions or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
