Position Information Temporary Position Title Resident Director
Temporary Position Summary Enrollment Management is looking for a Resident Director (RD) to live and work in The Suites to provide leadership for residential life during the summer. The RD is the manager of the residential staff of the College Prep Institute and the Early College Program. The RD works alongside the Program Director and Program Assistant to assure efficient and safe living conditions in the residence hall. As chief adjudicator, the RD maintains and enforces college policies for living and learning on campus. Managing Registration and Check-Out
Overseeing maintenance and emergency issues
Adjudicating conflicts and policy infractions Required Qualifications Leadership, Office Administrative Skills, Prior work with youth. Current Spelman student or recent Spelman Graduate. Preferred Qualifications N/A Certifications, Licenses, Restrictions N/A Shift As needed
