Key Responsibilities:

Exceed enrollment goals within assigned recruitment areas. Conduct high-volume outbound phone prospecting using both company-provided and self-generated leads. Set and confirm appointments for on-campus interviews and tours. Deliver compelling and engaging school tours to prospective students across all programs. Follow up with enrolled and active students via phone and email to gather required documents (including 30-day missing documents). Provide administrative support to Admissions Representatives, including Tracker updates. Monitor and respond to the Admissions General Email inbox. Assist with planning and executing student orientations and related communications. Prepare orientation materials and student documentation as needed. Capture and upload new student badge photos prior to orientation. Support Admissions Representatives with College Fair and High School Visit preparation. Accurately enter and maintain lead information in the student information system. Communicate with students before their program start date to identify and escalate any issues. Take on additional responsibilities as needed in support of the Admissions team.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish is required Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-based environment Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

8-hour shifts Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Monday to Friday, with potential night/weekend shifts
