Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of educational programs within our online study platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, education technology, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure programs meet strategic goals and enhance student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee educational programs that support online learning initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and tech teams to create high-quality academic resources.
  • Monitor program performance using analytics and feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of content creators, tutors, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align program objectives with company goals.
  • Implement innovative learning technologies to enhance the online education experience.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in online education.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, instructional design, and student engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to track program success.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial forecasting for educational programs.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles for digital learning tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
