Qualifications Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year medical office or related experience with working knowledge of medical insurance, to include but not limited to co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, prior auths, etc.
1+ year of customer service experience.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
