As a member of the Office of Graduate Admissions Operations, the Coordinator of Graduate Admissions Operations works on a collaborative team to manage application data, materials, processes, and admissions decisions for all graduate programs in an accurate, timely, and secure manner. This includes processing application materials per programspecific requirements, calculating performance in past academic coursework, and reviewing tuition classification qualifications for each applicant.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to
APPLICATION PROCESSING
In coordination with Student Support Specialists, ensure that enrollment histories are calculated correctly and decisions are delivered accurately and promptly, aligning with current standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to receiving andpleting applications for graduate programs. Manage international student evaluations and understand international education systems.
TRANSFER CREDIT EVALUATION
Manage the transfer credit evaluation process for applicants ing to capacity limited programs with accuracy and transparency. Collaborate with academic programs to resolve discrepancies and maintain effectivemunication around the transfer credit process. Oversee the processing of graduate transfer evaluations and ensure accurate information is entered into the student system.
DATA INTEGRITY & PROCESS DOCUMENTATION
Develop and maintain discrepancy reports to ensure data integrity and workflow movement. areas of concern related to sustainable processing of applications with solutions for improvement. Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
COMPLIANCE
Ensurepliance with federal, state, institutional, and departmental policies and rmend revisions to policiesprocedures to improve customer service while maintaining ensuring academic standards.
COLLABORATION & SERVICE
Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to provide excellent customer service and support the needs of the graduate application process.
OTHER DUTIES
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of one year of experience related to processing and operations.

Experience with Slate CRM
Experience with Banner SIS
Experience with Xtender imaging system
Experience with graduate educationadmissions
