Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education:
Bachelors Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching and/or school leadership experience in a multi-cultural/diverse setting.

Communicates reality-based problem-solving techniques to students. Completes and maintains Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification Assists in developing, administering, progress monitoring educational plans for behaviorally/emotionally and/or academically challenged students. Assists teachers in the classroom by interacting with students who are disruptive, off task, or exhibiting other emotional needs which are interfering with the student’s progress within the classroom. Prepares or assists in the preparation of a variety of logs, reports, files, reviews, et Develop & support individual incentive programs for students. Create, provide, and present grade-level presentations based on student behavior needs. Provide advisory support with Behavior Reports and Incentive Trackers Facilitates decision making and communication between students and teachers. Follows Policies, procedures, and directives in a timely and appropriate manner. Develop and administer disciplinary procedures in accordance with school policies and state laws; receive referrals and confer with students, parents, teachers, community agencies and law enforcement; respond to and resolve parent, student and staff concerns and complaints related to students; serve on discipline or expulsion panels as assigned.
Manage student movement supervision:
arrival, lunch, hallway and dismissal duties. Work with the Administration to establish a safe and secure learning environment for students & staff. Support with developing plans for emergency situations in collaboration with other administrators, staff and public safety agencies Plan & debrief of emergency drills Develop, update & enforce the school safety plan based on State and Athlos guidelines Performs other duties as assigned including detention & classroom coverage Knowledge and Skills Establishes and maintains productive, collaborative relationships with others. Relates to students with mutual respect while carrying out a positive and effective disciplinary program. Models district standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism Meets schedules and deadlines. Plans and organizes work.
