As the Campus President, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campus operations, including academic programs, student services, staff management, and community engagement. Job Description:
Leadership and Vision:
Provide visionary leadership to ensure the achievement of campus goals and objectives aligned with the overall mission of Unitech Training Academy.
Campus Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including academic programs, student services, facilities management, and administrative functions. Dual role of
Campus President and Director of Education Student Success:
Foster a student-centric culture by promoting a supportive learning environment, implementing retention strategies, and addressing student concerns.
Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise campus staff, including faculty and administrative personnel, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative team.
Compliance and Accreditation:
Ensure campus compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and Unitech Training Academy policies.
Financial Management:
Manage budgetary responsibilities, allocate resources effectively, and contribute to financial sustainability.
Community Engagement:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community, businesses, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the campus’s reputation.
Enrollment Growth:
Collaborate with the admissions department to develop and implement strategies for increasing student enrollment and retention.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and services consistent with Unitech Training Academy standards.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and execution of campus-specific strategic plans aligned with institutional goals.
Student Support Services:
Oversee the implementation of support services, counseling, and resources to enhance the overall student experience.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to assess campus performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with staff, students, and stakeholders, providing updates and fostering a positive campus culture.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Educational Management (Doctoral degree preferred). Proven leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably in higher education. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, accreditation, and institutional policies. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Budget management experience and financial acumen. Knowledge of student success initiatives and retention strategies. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. Visionary mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Familiarity with modern HR technologies and tools.
