WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A DIRECTOR OF STUDENT ADMISSIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, special education, social work, psychology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, special education, or a related field Expertise in referral screening, enrollment management, and admissions processes Knowledge of special education regulations, including IEPs and placement processes Ability to analyze admissions trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred.
