Select Soccer Club is among New England’s most established and respected youth soccer organizations. We’re nationally known for producing elite-level players—including recent U.S. Women’s National Team call-ups and NWSL standouts—and providing top-tier coaching and development pathways. As we expand our footprint on the North Shore, we’re hiring a Junior Girls Director to lead our U8-U13 girls program and support long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead player development for U8-U13 girls, creating and executing seasonal plans and a competitive curriculum Recruit, develop, and manage coaches , ensuring a positive, professional coaching culture Build community relationships with families, schools, and local partners to promote the club Organize camps and clinics to enhance training and outreach Collaborate with club leadership on strategy, expansion, and regional growth

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership as a technical director, head coach, or similar role USSF coaching license preferred (D or higher); additional certifications a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills A passion for developing players on and off the field Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field preferred
