RegalCare We provide a spectrum of services from Skilled Nursing for short term rehab, IV therapy, wound care, respite care, palliative care, rehabilitative nursing and a full compliment of physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our staff provides nursing and rehab care like royalty, because at Regalcare our residents and staff are royalty. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Central Admissions to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain optimal census levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to resident intake. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to promote the facility and generate referrals. Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to assess the suitability of potential residents. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to admissions. Maintain accurate records and reports related to admissions activities. Participate in marketing and outreach activities to enhance the facility’s visibility in the community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare admissions role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility. Strong understanding of the admissions process and regulatory requirements in long-term care settings. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Google email , Point Click Care and admissions referral software.
