ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

+ Drive development and census growth at Millcreek Schools. + Provide oversight of education services enhancing programming to ensure state of the art, quality services + Sets annual goals that are realistic and attainable for the department. + Plan, develop, implement and evaluate special topic education programs. + Act as the Subject Matter Expert to other departments regarding continuing education inquiries. + Assist in ensuring compliance with developing state educational requirements. + Assist with ensuring that required components of education programs meet the accreditation standards and correspond to the continuing education mission of Rehabilitation Centers LLC. + Prepare budget proposals for the supplies and curricular materials required to develop and maintain education excellence across Millcreek Schools. + Provide direction and leadership to the Principals at Millcreek Schools. . + Promote customer relations with school districts to ensure maximum referral and support for Millcreek Schools. + Develop competencies and provide training as indicated for the education staff to ensure the ability to utilize the technology provided when teaching students. + Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in an age/cultural appropriate manner. + Follows all safety policies and adheres to all workers’ compensation program guidelines. + Other duties as assigned.
