Goals for this position will be met through Alumni Connection, Alumni Learning Events, Alumni Service Projects, and General Development Department Support. The Alumni Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of on-site responsibilities including chairing meetings and trainings and overseeing our Hall Mall as well as leading weekly meetings to establish rapport with our patients and build connections for our supporting alumni activities. Alumni Coordinator is also responsible for oversight and management of the Fellowship Hall App. Additionally, this role will be the primary collector of data essential for outcomes studies which includes ongoing engagement with Alumni at set intervals. Therefore, individual must be adept at written and interpersonal communication, have a strong interest in building rapport and relationships, and understand and be involved with data collection that contributes to our organization’s outcome studies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that wants to work in the substance use treatment field as a brand ambassador for recovery and represent Fellowship Hall to our alumni and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position has the following qualifications: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building. Microsoft Office:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Tech Savvy with social media engagement with proven use in a business setting and experience creating social media content. Experienced event planner. Experience working with volunteers. Creative problem solver. Team player with a can-do, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Exceptional time management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Candidate will work on-site Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility in start and end time. Additionally, candidate must be able to work on Wednesday’s until 7:00pm with a later start time to compensate. There will also be some night and weekend work related to Fellowship Hall events or Alumni Connection gatherings. Must be able to work independently and represent Fellowship Hall professionally in all interactions.

Minimum Experience:

Two years customer service experience.

Minimum Licensure/Certification:
