DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Works collaboratively with leadership to: Assists with the day-to-day oversight across the Monroe Residential Treatment Center Facilitate groups, MST, training, and meetings as assigned. Supervise and guide group therapists, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of group therapy sessions. Be available to handle emergencies or any urgent operational concerns, including staffing issues, safety concerns, or client needs. Maintain effective, compassionate communication with clients, families, and staff. Arrange coverage of all shifts, ensure adequate staffing, and fill in as needed to match census. Support the admission and discharge process across programs. Participating in the interview process of prospective employees. Providing adequate and ongoing training of facility employees and sufficient oversight/supervision to ensure that all services are in keeping with the TranscendED mission. Monitoring and assessing staff morale and building team spirit and continuity; intervening and addressing any staff-related issues that are presented. Organize and participate in team-building activities to foster a positive work culture and improve staff morale. D Requirements:

Minimum of Masters degree in human services field minimum of one year experience with residential behavioral health services or similar experience experience in eating disorders preferred but not required. Provisional license a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
